Well, I didn’t have all that much time to appear on Xbox Live these holidays, but I am getting a little closer to my Captain achievement in Call of Duty 3. (2000 points). Not a huge number, considering that the top achievement is 40,000 points…. but I had played many player matches also back when Ranked was just a dream.

CoD3 has been fun for the past couple of days, though. Well, funny. There’s been a huge increase in children on the game.

See, adults can afford to buy their own games, so most of the adults who wanted Call of Duty 3 bought it. Kids cannot, so many of them had to wait for Christmas to get it from their parents. As hundreds of them clearly did.

Some kids are great players, mind you. But some like to shove their microphones in their mouths and sing incessantly. It’s… interesting.
