Well, it’s been a couple of days since the update, now, but I had to express my glee. They finally put some fixes into Call of Duty 3. The most important one is that it’s now much easier to get ranked matches.

I’d say it’s about an average of 2-4 minutes to get into a match…. which is a huge improvement over the 10-20 minutes it used to be. I’ve still been dropped from a couple of matches (it seems to happen when someone leaves as the game is beginning), but that’s not a big deal since finding a new one is usually quick.

UPDATE: Although this did make it faster to get Ranked games, I now find that the game freezes and drops players more often, making this update kind of useless. :/
